PACKAGE FORWARDING SERVICE
Net A Parcel is a package forwarding service that provides South Africans with a personal United States shipping address in Miami. This means we assign subscribers their own private mailbox address free of charge where you can receive shopping goods, parcels, letters and magazines from anywhere in the world.
ADMIN, TAXES, CLEARING, TRANSPORT SORTED
Once you’ve purchased the goods and they have arrived into your US mailbox, we will notify you via your online portal of all applicable fees, including shipping and customs costs. We will then provide you with a comprehensive invoice. Once you have paid safely online via your invoice Paygate link, we will ship your packages to South Africa, complete the customs and clearance process on your behalf and deliver them to your home or office.
WHAT WILL IT COST ME?
Upon signing up for your own personal mailbox, Net A Parcel will assign you your own personal mailbox in the United States free of charge. You can receive items into your mailbox and as often as you like. There is a minimum charge of 1kg for the first kilogram, there after packages are rounded up to the next half kilo. For instance if a package weights 1.2kg it will be rounded up to 1.5kg, if a package weights 1.5kg it will be rounded up to 2kg. There is also a fee for the customs and duties on applicable items levied as per South African authorities, which will be included in your final invoice together with relevant admin fees. HOW DO I PAY?
• You will receive our full invoice via email.
• Pay via a secure payment link received directly to your email from our payment gateway partner PayGate.
• You will have the option of paying by debit card, credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
• We will only ship your goods once we have received payment in full.
In case you missed the invoice or payment link, you can easily access it from within your profile page on this website. Here all the details of your parcels are logged by our staff as they arrive into your mailbox in the Unites States. You can log in anytime to your account to view the status of your shipment and packages.
